1. The right which has been purchased is only a limited short time stay as defined in the reservation order and it is not a rental or any other legal right whatsoever 2. A 30% non-refundable,pre-payment is required to reserve the apartment. This will be deducted from total due at check-in. Payment is in NIS according to exchange rate on date of payment. 3. Client will receive confirmation ofreservation after Jean Jaures Property Management Ltd. receives the pre-payment. 4. Minimum stay is 7 nights unless otherwise confirmed by the company. 5. Full payment, including extras, is due atcheck-in. Payment is in NIS according to the known exchange rate on date of payment. 6. Early departure and/or partial use of the apartment will not entitle guests to a refund. 7. Maid, taxi and tour-guidereservations cannot be cancelled once they have been reserved. 8. Check-in time is 3 pm. Check-out time is 11 am. Early check-in and late check-out are based on availability and must be confirmed inadvance and may incur extra charges. 9. We accept the following credit cards- Visa, Master Card and American Express (which will be processed through our secure server) and wire transfers. In case ofwire transfer, 100% of the reservation is due at time of reservation to secure the reservation . 10. Our cancellation policy: Up to 30 days prior to arrival – 30% of the reservation value, 29 – 7 daysprior to arrival – 50% of the reservation value, up to 6 or less days prior to arrival – 100% of the reservation value. 11.
